To begin with, your membership at the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS® automatically extends to the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. The combined power of these 3 organizations provide a necessary focal point for you to locate products, services, information and many other tools to aid your business. You get the opportunity to network with peers, join committees and participate in special events and activities. Membership in the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS® entitles real estate professionals to use NAR's federally registered collective membership trade name, REALTOR®. This tradename sets you apart from non-members. You can proudly display the REALTOR® logo on your business card and marketing literature, but being able to promote yourself as one of the most recognized tradenames is not the only benefit of membership.
